We sell the Trodat Printy, MaxStamp, Cosco 2000 Plus and Shiny.
Trodat Printy is also sold under the name Ideal.
We stock the Trodat Printy and the MaxStamp in the sizes shown.
We don't stock Cosco 2000 Plus or Shiny brand self-inkers.
We can special-order any brand you would like.

What's the difference in the different brands?

The only difference is how they look on the outside.
They all work the same way:
Push on the top, the inside flips over and prints.

What's the difference in a self-inking stamp
and a pre-inked stamp?

A self-inking stamp, whether it is MaxStamp, Trodat Printy or

2000 Plus Printer has a stamp pad built inside. You just press on the top,
the inside flips over, and the stamp prints. It then closes by itself.
They are re-inkable, using regular water-based ink, the same ink you
put on a stamp pad. The pad can also be replaced if you don't want
to mess with a bottle of ink.

A pre-inked stamp, no matter what brand, uses a special type

of rubber that absorbs ink. To use it, you remove the cover,
press the stamp down and replace the cover. They are re-inkable,
but they use a special oil-based ink that cannot be used on any
other type of stamp. It will damage other types of stamps.

Important stuff:

The pads for self-inking stamps are removeable.
They can be re-inked or replaced.
The pads are re-inked with regular stamp pad ink only.
